Our Therapists:

Mindi Bloomenstein MSPT, is a graduate of University of California, 
San Diego, with a Bachelor or Arts degree in psychology and a minor in physical education. She received her masters in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1996. Since receiving her license in 1996, Mindi has worked in outpatient therapy in Arizona. Her areas of focus are orthopedic and sport injuries, motor vehicle accident related injuries and workers' compensation. Mindi enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their Yellow Labrador, Paris.




Charina Bloomenstein MSPT, is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychobiology. She received her masters in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1991. Charina has been licensed in Arizona since 1994. Charina's area of emphasis and interests include orthopedics, post-operative care, neurological disorders, and geriatrics. Charina enjoys spending her free time with her children Zachary, Ciara, and Max
